2005年にPug Jelly/Saw Loser (Universal Music)として海外で活動をしていたMas Kimuraのプロジェクトバンドとして生まれた。
海外で生まれ育ったMasの英語詩、洋楽と邦楽の両サイドを持ち合わせた楽曲アレンジ、独特なメロディーの延長に垣間みえるエモーショナルなスクリームを武器にこれまでも数多くのリスナーを魅了してきた。
2011年末、日本に活動拠点を移したMasはYoshi (ex.Dont Turn Away)、Masa (Liberal 3)、Mutsumiの３人と出会い、4年振りにNothing To Declareを再始動する事を決意する。
2012年にはライブや音源制作へ向けたスタジオワークを開始し、現メンバーでの1st Single ”Somebody Wants Me Dead”のMusic Videoをリリース。
同年8月より本格的なライブ活動をスタートさせると同時に、リリースに向けての制作にもとりかかっている。
2013年春にはMaximum 10(FACT, sfpr, Pop Disaster etc.)のオムニバス「MAYDIE!!」への参加、５月にはアルバムのリリースも予定されている。

The band was founded back in 2005 as frontman Mas Kimura’s side project during his earlier music career touring Southeast Asia with Pug Jelly and Saw Loser.
Though the band is currently based in Japan, all songs are written and performed in English. The unique mixture of English and Japanese in their sound, as well as live appearances, has earned them an inimitable style in music that has not been heard of, nor seen before.
In 2011, Nothing To Declare was put back in action when Mas met Yoshi (ex-Don’t Turn Away), Masa (Liberal 3) and Mutsumi in Tokyo, Japan. They have since been jamming and writing in the studio, preparing for their next steps.
The band recently released the single, “Somebody Wants Me Dead” as a performance-based music video
August 2012 sets the stage for the band’s upcoming touring and more of their music entering pre-production.
On May 2013 they released their debut album “Your Obsession” distributed in all major record stores across Japan, and online stores such as iTunes and Amazon, worldwide.

La banda fue fundada en 2005 por Mas Kimura como proyecto paralelo a su carrera musical mientras hacia turismo por el sudeste asiático con Pug Jelly y Saw Loser.
Aunque la banda se basa actualmente en Japón, todas las canciones escritas e interpretadas en Inglés. La mezcla única de Inglés y Japonés en su sonido, así como apariciones en directo, les ha valido un estilo inimitable en la música que no se ha oído hablar, ni visto antes.
En 2011, Nothing To Declare volvió de nuevo a la acción cuando Mas reunió Yoshi (ex-No Turn Away), Masa (Liberal 3) y Mutsumi en Tokio, Japón. Desde entonces, han ido ensayando y escribiendo en el estudio, para preparar sus próximos pasos.

En agosto de 2012 sienta las bases para una próxima gira de la banda y más música en pre-producción. Así que estad atentos ...
En Mayo de 2013 lanzaron su álbum de debut "Your Obsession", distribuido en las principales tiendas de discos en Japón y en tiendas online de todo el mundo como iTunes y Amazon.
El 14 de Marzo de 2015 sale a la venta su 1er single "We Stand Alone" y a la vez lanzan su MV!
